Warm up:

Stretches, jog in place, side straddle hop


Three sets, for time, of:

15 box jumps, 24 inch box

10 pull-ups

15 lunges

20 knees to elbows

15 burpees

20 double unders

20 push-ups

15 sit-ups, decline bench with medicine ball


Cool down stretches
