11 NOV PT Plan

All,

Here is the Battalion PT Plan for Wednesday 11NOV. Katie will be leading the workout.

Exercise

Push-up: 50

Sit-up: 50

Flutter kicks: 60

Push-up: 40

Sit-up: 40

Flutter kicks: 50

Push-ups: 30

Sit-up: 30

Flutter kicks: 40

Push-ups: 20

Sit-up: 20

Flutter kicks: 30


This will be followed by three laps around the Grove (roughly 2.5 miles).

As always, Ipods are authorized. Make sure to bring a watch to time yourself during the running portion. Winter PT's with canteen.

We will meet at the Grove at 0630.
