Here is the Battalion PT Plan for next Wednesday, 05NOV. Ann will be leading the workout.

For example, the first set will be 60 pushups and 75 situps and a .5 mile run (two laps around the track). The second set will be 50 pushups and 65 situps and a .5 mile run. So on and so on from there.

As always, Ipods are authorized. Make sure to bring a watch to time yourself during the running portion. Winter PT's with canteen.

We will meet at the Track at 0630.
