Here is the Battalion PT Plan for next Wednesday, 28OCT. Jimmy will be leading the workout.
2.5 minutes of pushups
2.5 minutes of situps
1.5 minutes of flutter kicks
1.5 minutes of plans
8 sets of fartliks (1 minutes hard run, 2 minutes recovery run)
As always, Ipods are authorized. Make sure to bring a watch to time yourself during the running portion. Winter PT's with canteen.
We will meet at the Grove at 0630.
